Summer Cleaning

Thank you to all the wrestlers and coach Miles for coming out to help clean our mat room this summer. Vents cleaned, walls wiped down, and floor power scrubbed and sealed for the first time.  No bugs hiding under the mats!

Wrestling Booster Garage Sale update

$620 raised this weekend at the FP Booster Garage Sale!  Special that's to everyone that donated sales items as well as Mrs Nelson and Mrs Ready as well as Coach Crotto.  Last but not least, thank you Coach Miles for putting everything together and making the garage sale happen.

South Sound Wrestling Camp

Great first day.  Wrestler of the day Bryce House.  Worked hard and wrestled from 9am to 6pm.  He was the Wrestler to leave camp.  Great example.

Summer Wrestling Practice

Monday July 8th ~ Friday July 12th

8:00 am ~ 11:00 am

We will be working on fundamentals, conditioning and live wrestling.

Dont forget your running shoes.

Heritage Dual Team Tournment

Heritage dual team tourney... boys take championship with five straight dual meet wins! Logan foster voted outstanding wrestler by the other teams head coaches! Honorable mention to Martin Espino pulling out two wins with great technique. What a great over nighter! NO PRACTICE MONDAY!!!

The cards did great today at the AMV tourney.......we took top 5 as a team and put 3 champs on the podium......Bear, Travis, and Victor! Max took 4th, Oly 3rd........and honorable mention to Zach Meyers, Devin House and Jarrod McClarrin for some great matches!7:13PM web@Cardinalwrestling

Great Weekend Cardinals!

High praise all around.  Beckstead (head Ref) noted that we had the best hospitality room hes been in!  Great floor control!  Great tournament management by Steve Anderson . . . as always!  Super job by our Girls managing tables and by all of our coaching staff for keeping things running smoothly.  Special thanks to our school Administrator Jennifer Shaw and Cris Turner for coming out and supporting our team!  And last but not least outstanding work by our athletes.  When you get 11 in the semifinals you expect there to be a drop off, but we had seven advance.  Then to take another giant step at win 6 of 7 championship matches was an incredible statement!  Six of our varsity athletes went undefeated on the day!  We are on our way!  Outstanding job this weekend all!
